Hi folks, this time I would like to say few words about the post production work that we do.  Photo editing became really important since the introduction of digital cameras and I would argue this became equally important as capturing the image.   While the editing can not replace the power of the moment it can beautifully enhance the result and  help to create powerful image.  You will need to start with shooting in 12/14/16 bit color (depending on the camera) raw format- I know what are you going to say – oh man, this take so many steps – shooting, downloading, colour and density correcting and than processing into 8bit jpg.  Trust me its all worth while because you are able to get the dynamic rage of 14 bit that means more colour information greater highlights and shadows detail. Shooting in raw format also allows you to create imaging similar to popular HDR – instead of multiple exposure for highlights and shadows you can process a few images to get proper mid tones, highlight and shadow information.  In your photo editing software you can play with different option and effect to achieve desired look.  Please see some of the samples below – before and after thing and see some of the samples of photo-editing.  The original images are process in a low contrast to to maintain as much highlights and shadow information as needed and edited according to my final vision.
